This professional skin consultation allows us to assess your skin concerns and recommend the best treatments and homecare routine for real results. Your consultation includes: • Skin analysis • Discussion of your skin goals and concerns • Facial treatment recommendations • Personalised skincare advice • Simple routine guidance Deposit Policy The consultation fee acts as a redeemable deposit. The amount paid for this consultation can be deducted from: • A facial treatment booked the same day • A future treatment booked within the recommended plan • Professional skincare products purchased in salon This ensures you receive expert advice while protecting appointment availability. Please arrive with: • No makeup if possible • A list or photos of the skincare products you currently use If you are using prescription skincare (Roaccutane, isotretinoin, retinoids, etc.), please inform us in advance so we can advise safely.

AuraLuxe Salon Policy Luxury. Professionalism. Respect. AuraLuxe is a premium salon and training academy. To ensure the highest standards of care, professionalism, and client experience, the following policies apply to all salon treatments. By booking with AuraLuxe, you agree to these terms. Appointments & Bookings All treatments must be booked in advance via our online booking system. Walk-in appointments are not available. Appointments are scheduled for specific time slots and must begin promptly to respect other clients, learners, and staff. Deposits & Payments A deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are non-refundable. The remaining balance is payable on the day of treatment. Accepted payment methods are listed at the time of booking. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in loss of deposit. Failure to attend an appointment (no-show) will result in a charge of 50% of the treatment cost, payable before any future booking can be made. Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their treatment time reduced. If a treatment cannot proceed due to lateness, the appointment may be cancelled and treated as a no-show. Consultations & Patch Testing All clients must complete a consultation form annually. Patch tests are required for certain treatments and must be completed at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. Appointments will be cancelled if a required patch test has not been completed. Training Environment AuraLuxe is an active training academy. Some treatments may be carried out by advanced learners under professional supervision. This is clearly stated at booking. Clients who prefer a fully qualified therapist may request this where availability allows. Treatment Refusal AuraLuxe reserves the right to refuse or modify any treatment if: Contraindications are present Patch test results are unsuitable Client behaviour is inappropriate or unsafe Professional standards cannot be maintained Client safety and professional integrity are always prioritised. Children, Guests & Conduct AuraLuxe is a professional treatment and education environment. Children and additional guests are not permitted in treatment areas.
