This helps us ensure that all details, medical information, and product sensitivities are up to date — allowing us to provide the best and safest experience possible.

If your treatment requires a patch test (such as tinting, brow lamination, or waxing), please make sure you:

  1. Book your patch test through our [Services Page] at least 48 hours before your treatment.

  2. Record the patch test date correctly on the form below — it must be exactly two days prior to your appointment.

  3. Confirm that your test was carried out within the last three months and that you experienced a negative (no) reaction.
