Hard Gel Refill – Structured Nail Maintenance at AuraLuxe, Midleton The AuraLuxe Hard Gel Refill is a professional maintenance service designed to rebalance, strengthen, and restore existing hard gel enhancements while maintaining correct nail structure and long-term durability. This is a structural refill service, not a basic infill. The focus is on architecture, apex repositioning, stress-point support, and overall nail integrity. Existing hard gel is carefully reduced and refined using professional e-file techniques; full removal is not routine unless lifting, damage, or incompatibility is present. This service is suitable for clients returning within the recommended maintenance period whose hard gel extensions remain structurally sound. What’s Included: • Consultation and nail assessment • Professional e-file reduction and refinement of existing hard gel • Rebalancing of apex and nail structure • Cuticle refinement and shaping • Hard gel refill application suited to the nail type • Colour or French finish (if chosen) • Top coat application • Cuticle oil ritual Important Information – Please Read Before Booking: • A completed consultation form is required • Hard gel is not routinely removed unless lifting, damage, or incompatibility is present • Nails from another salon may require removal and reapplication before refilling • Repairs are not included and must be booked as add-ons in advance • If significant repairs or corrective work are required without sufficient time booked, the service may be shortened or rescheduled • Not suitable for active nail infections or severely damaged nails Aftercare: To maintain strength, structure, and longevity, refills should be attended at the recommended intervals. AuraLuxe Salon Policy Luxury. Professionalism. Respect. AuraLuxe is a premium salon and training academy. To ensure the highest standards of care, professionalism, and client experience, the following policies apply to all salon treatments. By booking with AuraLuxe, you agree to these terms. Appointments & Bookings All treatments must be booked in advance via our online booking system. Walk-in appointments are not available. Appointments are scheduled for specific time slots and must begin promptly to respect other clients, learners, and staff. Deposits & Payments A deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are non-refundable. The remaining balance is payable on the day of treatment. Accepted payment methods are listed at the time of booking. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in loss of deposit. Failure to attend an appointment (no-show) will result in a charge of 50% of the treatment cost, payable before any future booking can be made. Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their treatment time reduced. If a treatment cannot proceed due to lateness, the appointment may be cancelled and treated as a no-show. Consultations & Patch Testing All clients must complete a consultation form annually. Patch tests are required for certain treatments and must be completed at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. Appointments will be cancelled if a required patch test has not been completed. Training Environment AuraLuxe is an active training academy. Some treatments may be carried out by advanced learners under professional supervision. This is clearly stated at booking. Clients who prefer a fully qualified therapist may request this where availability allows. Treatment Refusal AuraLuxe reserves the right to refuse or modify any treatment if: Contraindications are present Patch test results are unsuitable Client behaviour is inappropriate or unsafe Professional standards cannot be maintained Client safety and professional integrity are always prioritised. Children, Guests & Conduct AuraLuxe is a professional treatment and education environment. Children and additional guests are not permitted in treatment areas.
