My Story
Hi, I’m Alexis Courtney, the heart behind American Beauty and AuraLuxe. I started this journey over two decades ago with nothing but a deep love for beauty, a strong work ethic, and a fierce desire to help others feel confident in their own skin.
What began as a single treatment room has grown into something much greater—a full-service salon, a trusted training academy, and now a luxury beauty brand. But at the centre of it all? Still me, still hands-on, still talking with every client and student like we’ve known each other for years.
I’ve taught thousands of learners, seen thousands of nails, lashes, and brows, and I’ve poured my soul into building something that reflects more than just beauty—it reflects strength, independence, and excellence.
