Each treatment is customised using professional Dermalogica products following a consultation and skin analysis. What’s Included: Consultation and skin analysis Professional double cleanse Gentle exfoliation (enzyme or mild exfoliant) Targeted mask Moisturiser and SPF application Important Information – Please Read Before Booking: A consultation form must be completed prior to treatment Clients must disclose all medications, skin conditions, recent aesthetic treatments, and pregnancy This treatment may not be suitable if you are using Roaccutane/Isotretinoin, prescription retinoids, or have active skin infections, sunburn, or broken skin We reserve the right to adapt or refuse treatment if contraindications are present Client Preparation: Please arrive with minimal or no makeup where possible Avoid active skincare (retinoids, exfoliating acids) for 48 hours before treatment Avoid sunbeds or intense sun exposure for 72 hours prior Aftercare: Avoid makeup, heat, exercise, swimming, and active skincare for 24 hours Follow recommended home‑care advice for best results

Cancellation Policy
AuraLuxe Salon Policy Luxury. Professionalism. Respect. AuraLuxe is a premium salon and training academy. To ensure the highest standards of care, professionalism, and client experience, the following policies apply to all salon treatments. By booking with AuraLuxe, you agree to these terms. Appointments & Bookings All treatments must be booked in advance via our online booking system. Walk-in appointments are not available. Appointments are scheduled for specific time slots and must begin promptly to respect other clients, learners, and staff. Deposits & Payments A deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are non-refundable. The remaining balance is payable on the day of treatment. Accepted payment methods are listed at the time of booking. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in loss of deposit. Failure to attend an appointment (no-show) will result in a charge of 50% of the treatment cost, payable before any future booking can be made. Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their treatment time reduced. If a treatment cannot proceed due to lateness, the appointment may be cancelled and treated as a no-show. Consultations & Patch Testing All clients must complete a consultation form annually. Patch tests are required for certain treatments and must be completed at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. Appointments will be cancelled if a required patch test has not been completed. Training Environment AuraLuxe is an active training academy. Some treatments may be carried out by advanced learners under professional supervision. This is clearly stated at booking. Clients who prefer a fully qualified therapist may request this where availability allows. Treatment Refusal AuraLuxe reserves the right to refuse or modify any treatment if: Contraindications are present Patch test results are unsuitable Client behaviour is inappropriate or unsafe Professional standards cannot be maintained Client safety and professional integrity are always prioritised. Children, Guests & Conduct AuraLuxe is a professional treatment and education environment. Children and additional guests are not permitted in treatment areas.
