This treatment follows AuraLuxe removal and manicure protocols and prioritises nail health, precision, and structural integrity. Hard gel is carefully reduced and removed using professional e-file techniques to minimise unnecessary stress to the natural nail. Once removal is complete, a full restorative manicure is performed to rebalance, condition, and protect the nails. This service is ideal for clients removing hard gel before a break, switching systems, or preparing the nails for a future application. Cancellation Policy

Prestige. • Certain treatments require patch testing, consultation forms and/or deposits. • Patch testing must be completed a minimum of 48 hours before selected treatments. • Please read treatment descriptions carefully before booking. Some pedicure services are dry professional gel pedicures and do not include soaking or hard skin removal unless stated. • Treatment upgrades, removals, repairs, nail art or service changes may require additional timing and charges. • Appointment times are approximate and may vary depending on existing product removal, nail condition, treatment complexity and consultation requirements. • Deposits are non-refundable in the event of late cancellation, no-show, same-day cancellation or failure to attend required patch testing. • We respectfully request a minimum of 24 hours notice for appointment changes or cancellations where possible. • Late arrival may reduce treatment time or require appointment rescheduling. • Please inform your therapist of any allergies, medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy or contraindications before treatment. • AuraLuxe is not responsible for lifting, breakages or reduced longevity caused by aftercare, picking, biting, outside work carried out elsewhere or failure to follow aftercare advice. • If you experience any concerns regarding your treatment, please contact the salon directly within 48 hours where possible. • AuraLuxe operates under strict hygiene, sanitation and professional salon standards using professional salon-grade products and procedures. • Aggressive, abusive or inappropriate behaviour toward staff will not be tolerated. • AuraLuxe may photograph treatments for training, portfolio or marketing purposes unless clients request otherwise.
