This treatment is designed for clients who need their Shellac/Gel Polish or BIAB professionally removed — for surgery, workplace regulations, or a fresh start. We safely break down the product using our professional e-file technique and a fast-acting remover. Please note: complete removal is not always guaranteed in one sitting. If the product has been worn for longer than 3–4 weeks or applied elsewhere, a very thin protective layer may remain to avoid over-filing or damaging the natural nail. This is standard professional care and protects the nail plate during regrowth. Best for: Clients who have worn their product over 3 weeks, or those wanting the product taken down as much as safely possible. Time: 30 minutes Price: €25–€30 (your final choice based on menu structure) Important Notes (to include): – Recommended when gel has been worn longer than 3–4 weeks. – Some trace base coat may remain to protect the natural nail. – We prioritise nail health over complete mechanical removal.

Preferences: Communicate any preferences regarding pressure, temperature, or technique during your treatment. 5. Hygiene and Sanitation Strict Protocols: We ensure a clean and safe environment. Sanitization: All equipment, tools, and surfaces are sanitized before and after each treatment. 6. Payment Payment Due: Payment is due at the time of service. Accepted Payments: We accept cash payments for balances only. 7. Cancellation and Rescheduling Notice Required: Provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or changes. Cancellation Fee: Insufficient notice may result in a fee or forfeiture of prepaid deposits. (50% of fee must be paid within 24 hours of no show or 24 hours of cancelation of appointment) 8.
