Day 1: Theory and Preparation
Morning Session (9:30 AM - 12:30 PM)
Introduction to Microneedling

- Benefits and clinical applications.
- Anatomy and Physiology Recap: Skin structure and wound healing process.
Theory Modules
- Mechanism of Action: How microneedling works.
- Microneedling Depth and Guidelines: Understanding appropriate settings.
- Contraindications and Side Effects: Safety first.
- Treatment Protocol Overview.
Afternoon Session (1:30 PM - 4:30 PM)
3. Health & Safety
- Sterilization, disinfection, and hygiene practices.
- Safe use and maintenance of equipment.
- Handling contraindications and emergencies.
Consultation and Intake Protocol
- Client consultation and consent forms.
- Accurate record-keeping and pre-treatment guidelines.
Practical Demonstration
- Live tutor demonstration of a microneedling treatment.
- Equipment setup and use.
Day 2: Practical Training and Assessment

- Work on classmates under tutor supervision (unless contraindicated).

- Treat an external model (arranged by the student or academy).

Assessment
- Practical Assessment: Performance evaluated by the tutor.
- Feedback and personalized improvement tips.
Certification and Next Steps
- ABT Accredited Certificate issued upon completion of case studies.
- Guidance on insurance and offering microneedling services professionally.
Additional Requirements
- Students Must:
- Treat one classmate and one external model over the two days.
- Be willing to receive a microneedling treatment (unless contraindicated).
