Signature Pedicure – AuraLuxe is a professional, protocol-led foot treatment designed to restore, refine, and maintain healthy feet while delivering a clean, polished finish. This service is tailored following a full consultation and foot & nail assessment and is carried out using strict hygiene standards in the AuraLuxe studio. Best For • Routine maintenance and regular pedicure clients • Mild to moderate dryness and build-up • Clients who want professional nail care, comfort, and a refined finish • Healthy feet needing structured upkeep rather than intensive callus reduction What’s Included • Consultation and foot & nail assessment • Nail shaping and cuticle refinement • Professional nail preparation • Moderate skin refinement where required (therapist-led and condition-based) • Exfoliation treatment • Relaxing foot and lower-leg massage • Cuticle oil application • Natural buff and high-shine finish (or polish finish if selected) Treatment Method (Chosen by Your Therapist) AuraLuxe uses two hygienic pedicure methods, selected based on suitability: • Dry E-File Pedicure – no soaking, controlled skin refinement • Hygienic Soak Pedicure using a sanitised soak bowl (not a foot spa) Both methods deliver the same AuraLuxe standard of care and results. Important Medical & Skin Conditions For health and safety reasons, this treatment cannot be carried out if there are: • Fungal nail infections • Fungal skin conditions between the toes • Open cuts, cracks, or broken skin between the toes • Active infections or inflammation of the feet If you are unsure, please contact us prior to booking. Please Note • This service includes moderate skin refinement as part of standard maintenance. • If you have heavy callus build-up, thickened skin, or ongoing foot concerns, please book Advanced Foot Health Pedicure – AuraLuxe for the correct time allocation and result. • Results depend on skin condition and home care. Your therapist will advise the most suitable maintenance plan at your appointment. AuraLuxe Salon Policy Luxury. Professionalism. Respect. AuraLuxe is a premium salon and training academy. To ensure the highest standards of care, professionalism, and client experience, the following policies apply to all salon treatments. By booking with AuraLuxe, you agree to these terms. Appointments & Bookings All treatments must be booked in advance via our online booking system. Walk-in appointments are not available. Appointments are scheduled for specific time slots and must begin promptly to respect other clients, learners, and staff. Deposits & Payments A deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are non-refundable. The remaining balance is payable on the day of treatment. Accepted payment methods are listed at the time of booking. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in loss of deposit. Failure to attend an appointment (no-show) will result in a charge of 50% of the treatment cost, payable before any future booking can be made. Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their treatment time reduced. If a treatment cannot proceed due to lateness, the appointment may be cancelled and treated as a no-show. Consultations & Patch Testing All clients must complete a consultation form annually. Patch tests are required for certain treatments and must be completed at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. Appointments will be cancelled if a required patch test has not been completed. Training Environment AuraLuxe is an active training academy. Some treatments may be carried out by advanced learners under professional supervision. This is clearly stated at booking. Clients who prefer a fully qualified therapist may request this where availability allows. Treatment Refusal AuraLuxe reserves the right to refuse or modify any treatment if: Contraindications are present Patch test results are unsuitable Client behaviour is inappropriate or unsafe Professional standards cannot be maintained Client safety and professional integrity are always prioritised. Children, Guests & Conduct AuraLuxe is a professional treatment and education environment. Children and additional guests are not permitted in treatment areas.
