Salon Treatments Policy Welcome to American Beauty Academy & Salon! We are delighted to offer you high-quality salon treatments. Please review our policy: 1. Booking Scheduling: Book via our receptionist or online. Availability: We recommend booking in advance to secure your desired time slot. 2. Arrival Check-In: Arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment. Late Arrivals: May result in a shortened treatment time. 3. Consultation Pre-Treatment Consultation: Discuss your preferences, concerns, and medical history with your therapist. Health Information: Inform your therapist of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions. 4. Treatment Process Professional Care: Our therapists use high-quality products and techniques. Preferences: Communicate any preferences regarding pressure, temperature, or technique during your treatment. 5. Hygiene and Sanitation Strict Protocols: We ensure a clean and safe environment. Sanitization: All equipment, tools, and surfaces are sanitized before and after each treatment. 6. Payment Payment Due: Payment is due at the time of service. Accepted Payments: We accept cash payments for balances only. 7. Cancellation and Rescheduling Notice Required: Provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or changes. Cancellation Fee: Insufficient notice may result in a fee or forfeiture of prepaid deposits. (50% of fee must be paid within 24 hours of no show or 24 hours of cancelation of appointment) 8. Satisfaction Guarantee Our Priority: If you are dissatisfied, notify us immediately to address your concerns. 9.
