Our Gel Polish Pedicure at AuraLuxe, Midleton is a professional foot care service combining essential maintenance with long-lasting gel polish application. This treatment is ideal for clients who want durable colour with tidy nail and skin preparation, without the extended spa elements of a luxury pedicure. What’s Included: Consultation and foot assessment Nail shaping and cuticle refinement Essential dead skin removal from toes where required Gel polish application using professional products Cuticle oil finish Important Information – Please Read Before Booking: Gel polish removal is not included and must be booked separately if required. This service does not include full spa pedicure elements such as prolonged massage, masks, or heated booties. Clients requiring extensive hard skin removal or a luxury experience may be advised to upgrade to a Signature Pedicure. Client Preparation: Please ensure feet are clean prior to treatment. Existing gel polish must be booked for removal if present. This service is not suitable for clients with active nail fungus, athlete’s foot, bacterial or fungal infections, open cuts, cracks between the toes, or broken skin. We reserve the right to adapt or refuse treatment if contraindications are present. Aftercare: Avoid heat, pressure, and prolonged water exposure for 24 hours. Follow professional aftercare advice to maintain longevity and foot health.

AuraLuxe Salon Policy Luxury. Professionalism. Respect. AuraLuxe is a premium salon and training academy. To ensure the highest standards of care, professionalism, and client experience, the following policies apply to all salon treatments. By booking with AuraLuxe, you agree to these terms. Appointments & Bookings All treatments must be booked in advance via our online booking system. Walk-in appointments are not available. Appointments are scheduled for specific time slots and must begin promptly to respect other clients, learners, and staff. Deposits & Payments A deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are non-refundable. The remaining balance is payable on the day of treatment. Accepted payment methods are listed at the time of booking. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in loss of deposit. Failure to attend an appointment (no-show) will result in a charge of 50% of the treatment cost, payable before any future booking can be made. Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their treatment time reduced. If a treatment cannot proceed due to lateness, the appointment may be cancelled and treated as a no-show. Consultations & Patch Testing All clients must complete a consultation form annually. Patch tests are required for certain treatments and must be completed at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. Appointments will be cancelled if a required patch test has not been completed. Training Environment AuraLuxe is an active training academy. Some treatments may be carried out by advanced learners under professional supervision. This is clearly stated at booking. Clients who prefer a fully qualified therapist may request this where availability allows. Treatment Refusal AuraLuxe reserves the right to refuse or modify any treatment if: Contraindications are present Patch test results are unsuitable Client behaviour is inappropriate or unsafe Professional standards cannot be maintained Client safety and professional integrity are always prioritised. Children, Guests & Conduct AuraLuxe is a professional treatment and education environment. Children and additional guests are not permitted in treatment areas.
