Our Gel Polish Manicure at AuraLuxe, Midleton is a professional colour service designed for clients who want a clean, polished finish with long-lasting shine on natural nails. This treatment focuses on tidy nail preparation and flawless gel polish application, without structural building or enhancement. It is ideal for clients with healthy natural nails who do not require added strength or correction. What’s Included: Consultation and nail assessment Nail shaping and refinement Professional cuticle work Nail plate preparation Gel polish application using high-performance products Cuticle oil finish Important Information – Please Read Before Booking: Gel polish removal is not included and must be booked separately if required. Nail repairs are charged separately and must be selected in advance. This service does not include structure, apex building, or reinforcement. Clients who require added strength, correction, or long-term nail support may be advised to upgrade to a BIAB service. Client Preparation: Please arrive with clean nails free from oils or hand creams where possible. Existing gel polish must be booked for removal if present. Aftercare: Avoid heat, prolonged water exposure, and pressure on the nails for 24 hours. Attend regular maintenance appointments to maintain results. Follow professional aftercare advice to support longevity.

AuraLuxe Salon Policy Luxury. Professionalism. Respect. AuraLuxe is a premium salon and training academy. To ensure the highest standards of care, professionalism, and client experience, the following policies apply to all salon treatments. By booking with AuraLuxe, you agree to these terms. Appointments & Bookings All treatments must be booked in advance via our online booking system. Walk-in appointments are not available. Appointments are scheduled for specific time slots and must begin promptly to respect other clients, learners, and staff. Deposits & Payments A deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are non-refundable. The remaining balance is payable on the day of treatment. Accepted payment methods are listed at the time of booking. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in loss of deposit. Failure to attend an appointment (no-show) will result in a charge of 50% of the treatment cost, payable before any future booking can be made. Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their treatment time reduced. If a treatment cannot proceed due to lateness, the appointment may be cancelled and treated as a no-show. Consultations & Patch Testing All clients must complete a consultation form annually. Patch tests are required for certain treatments and must be completed at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. Appointments will be cancelled if a required patch test has not been completed. Training Environment AuraLuxe is an active training academy. Some treatments may be carried out by advanced learners under professional supervision. This is clearly stated at booking. Clients who prefer a fully qualified therapist may request this where availability allows. Treatment Refusal AuraLuxe reserves the right to refuse or modify any treatment if: Contraindications are present Patch test results are unsuitable Client behaviour is inappropriate or unsafe Professional standards cannot be maintained Client safety and professional integrity are always prioritised. Children, Guests & Conduct AuraLuxe is a professional treatment and education environment. Children and additional guests are not permitted in treatment areas.
