Beauty Academy Booking Policy Thank you for choosing American Beauty Academy & Salon for your beauty education needs. Please read the following booking policy carefully before making a reservation: 1. Reservation and Deposit: To secure your spot in a course or appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstances. 2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made by the student or client less than [insert number] days prior to the scheduled appointment or course start date will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Failure to attend a scheduled course or appointment without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. 3. Rescheduling: Requests for rescheduling must be made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled appointment or course start date. Salon Appointments at least 24 hours. Rescheduling is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. 4. Academy's Right to Cancel or Reschedule: American Beauty Academy & Salon reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses or appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to instructor availability, facility issues, or insufficient enrollment. In the event of cancellation by the academy, students or clients will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund of the deposit. 5.
