The AuraLuxe BIAB Refill is a professional structured maintenance service designed to rebalance, strengthen, and restore existing BIAB overlays while maintaining correct nail architecture and longevity. This is a structural refill service, not a routine gel polish appointment. The focus is on apex rebalancing, stress-point support, and long-term nail health rather than full removal and reapplication. What’s Included: • Consultation and nail assessment • Controlled e-file reduction of existing BIAB • Rebalancing of apex and nail structure • Cuticle refinement and shaping • BIAB refill application suited to the nail type • Colour or French finish (if selected) • Top coat and finishing oil ritual Important Information – Please Read Before Booking: • A completed consultation form is required • BIAB is not routinely removed unless lifting, damage, or incompatibility is present • Nails from another salon may require removal before refilling • Repairs are not included and must be booked as add-ons • If significant corrective work is required without sufficient time booked, the service may be shortened or rescheduled • Not suitable for active nail infections or severely damaged nails Aftercare: To maintain strength and longevity, BIAB refills should be attended as advised and professional aftercare followed. Prestige. • Certain treatments require patch testing, consultation forms and/or deposits. • Patch testing must be completed a minimum of 48 hours before selected treatments. • Please read treatment descriptions carefully before booking. Some pedicure services are dry professional gel pedicures and do not include soaking or hard skin removal unless stated. • Treatment upgrades, removals, repairs, nail art or service changes may require additional timing and charges. • Appointment times are approximate and may vary depending on existing product removal, nail condition, treatment complexity and consultation requirements. • Deposits are non-refundable in the event of late cancellation, no-show, same-day cancellation or failure to attend required patch testing. • We respectfully request a minimum of 24 hours notice for appointment changes or cancellations where possible. • Late arrival may reduce treatment time or require appointment rescheduling. • Please inform your therapist of any allergies, medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy or contraindications before treatment. • AuraLuxe is not responsible for lifting, breakages or reduced longevity caused by aftercare, picking, biting, outside work carried out elsewhere or failure to follow aftercare advice. • If you experience any concerns regarding your treatment, please contact the salon directly within 48 hours where possible. • AuraLuxe operates under strict hygiene, sanitation and professional salon standards using professional salon-grade products and procedures. • Aggressive, abusive or inappropriate behaviour toward staff will not be tolerated. • AuraLuxe may photograph treatments for training, portfolio or marketing purposes unless clients request otherwise.
