Core theory includes health and safety, client care and communication, relevant anatomy and physiology, consultation, contraindications / contra-actions, aftercare, and step-by-step treatment procedure. Practical training then focuses on skin analysis, consultation and client care, anatomy and physiology, electrical science, health and safety, and the underpinning knowledge needed before progressing into advanced aesthetic pathways. You will also build stronger understanding of product knowledge, treatment adaptation, troubleshooting, and professional standards.

Your course fee includes tutor-led training, blended learning support, learner materials, guided practical training where relevant, assessment guidance, and certification on successful completion. VTCT pathways also include support with observations, written work, portfolio / evidence requirements, and progress guidance throughout the qualification.

This course is delivered through blended learning, combining online theory with in-house practical training where relevant.
