Preferences: Communicate any preferences regarding pressure, temperature, or technique during your treatment. 5. Hygiene and Sanitation Strict Protocols: We ensure a clean and safe environment. Sanitization: All equipment, tools, and surfaces are sanitized before and after each treatment. 6. Payment Payment Due: Payment is due at the time of service. Accepted Payments: We accept cash payments for balances only. 7. Cancellation and Rescheduling Notice Required: Provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or changes. Cancellation Fee: Insufficient notice may result in a fee or forfeiture of prepaid deposits. (50% of fee must be paid within 24 hours of no show or 24 hours of cancelation of appointment) 8.
