Brow Shape & Tint – Professional Brow Care at AuraLuxe, Midleton The AuraLuxe Brow Shape & Tint is a professional brow treatment designed to enhance natural brow shape, definition, and colour while maintaining a clean, balanced finish. This service follows the AuraLuxe brow protocol and is ideal for regular brow maintenance or clients new to professional brow treatments. Each treatment begins with a consultation and brow assessment, followed by tailored brow mapping to suit facial structure. Brows are then shaped using professional waxing and/or tweezing techniques and finished with a custom‑matched tint to enhance the brow hair and overall definition. What’s Included: Consultation and brow assessment Brow mapping (included as standard) Brow shaping (waxing and/or tweezing) Brow tint tailored to hair and skin tone Important Information – Please Read Before Booking: A consultation form must be completed prior to treatment Not suitable if using Roaccutane/Isotretinoin, prescription retinoids, or following recent chemical peels, laser, or skin resurfacing Treatment may be adapted or refused if the skin is compromised Client Preparation: Avoid active skincare and exfoliation for 48 hours prior Avoid sunbeds or intense sun exposure for 72 hours before treatment Aftercare: Avoid heat, makeup, sun exposure, and active skincare for 24 hours

AuraLuxe Salon Policy Luxury. Professionalism. Respect. AuraLuxe is a premium salon and training academy. To ensure the highest standards of care, professionalism, and client experience, the following policies apply to all salon treatments. By booking with AuraLuxe, you agree to these terms. Appointments & Bookings All treatments must be booked in advance via our online booking system. Walk-in appointments are not available. Appointments are scheduled for specific time slots and must begin promptly to respect other clients, learners, and staff. Deposits & Payments A deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are non-refundable. The remaining balance is payable on the day of treatment. Accepted payment methods are listed at the time of booking. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in loss of deposit. Failure to attend an appointment (no-show) will result in a charge of 50% of the treatment cost, payable before any future booking can be made. Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their treatment time reduced. If a treatment cannot proceed due to lateness, the appointment may be cancelled and treated as a no-show. Consultations & Patch Testing All clients must complete a consultation form annually. Patch tests are required for certain treatments and must be completed at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. Appointments will be cancelled if a required patch test has not been completed. Training Environment AuraLuxe is an active training academy. Some treatments may be carried out by advanced learners under professional supervision. This is clearly stated at booking. Clients who prefer a fully qualified therapist may request this where availability allows. Treatment Refusal AuraLuxe reserves the right to refuse or modify any treatment if: Contraindications are present Patch test results are unsuitable Client behaviour is inappropriate or unsafe Professional standards cannot be maintained Client safety and professional integrity are always prioritised. Children, Guests & Conduct AuraLuxe is a professional treatment and education environment. Children and additional guests are not permitted in treatment areas.
