Reservation and Deposit: To secure your spot in a course or appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstances. 2. In the event of cancellation by the academy, students or clients will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund of the deposit. 5.
