ABT LASH & BROW ESSENTIALS
Begin your professional lash and brow training with an accredited two-day course designed for complete beginners.
Training is delivered at AuraLuxe Professional Beauty Studio & Academy in Midleton, Co. Cork, in a small group of no more than four learners.
Keeping the group small means every learner receives practical guidance, individual correction and supervised treatment experience throughout the training.
THE COURSE COVERS
DAY 1 — BROW SHAPING AND EYE
This course is suitable for complete beginners who want to begin offering professional lash and brow treatments.
No previous beauty qualification or business ownership is required.
Learners must be aged 16 or over. Parent or guardian consent may be required for learners under 18.
The course follows a structured small-group timetable. Learners who require fully personalised tuition, flexible dates or more extensive individual support may prefer the AuraLuxe Private Lash & Brow Expert Pathway.

Travel, accommodation, meals, professional insurance and replacement products are not included.
A beginner lash and brow starter kit is included in the course fee and will be supplied during training.
The kit contains the core products and tools required for initial practice in brow tinting and shaping, Lash Lift and Brow Lamination.
Exact brands, colours and individual products may vary depending on stock availability.
The kit is intended to support training and initial practice. Additional shades, replacement products, disposables and professional salon equipment will be required as the learner begins working with clients.
Patch testing is required for the relevant tinting, Lash Lift and Brow Lamination products.
Learners must complete the required patch-testing process before receiving practical treatments during training.
All models must also complete the required consultation, consent and patch-testing process within the specified timeframe.
Failure to complete patch testing may prevent participation in parts of the practical training.
Learners will complete supervised practical work during the course.
Model requirements and treatment times will be confirmed before each training date.
Learners may be asked to provide suitable models, or AuraLuxe may assist with model arrangements where available.
All models must complete the required consultation, consent and patch-testing process and must have no contraindications preventing treatment.
Learners will receive ABT-accredited certification following successful completion of the required theory, practical training and assessment.
Certification is not issued solely for attendance.
Learners must demonstrate the required professional standards in health and safety, hygiene, consultation, patch testing, treatment application, client care and aftercare.
Further practice or assessment may be required where the expected standard has not yet been achieved.

Both options are ABT accredited. The difference is the training format, amount of individual tutor time, scheduling flexibility and level of continued support.
After completing the course, learners may book additional private mentoring to improve treatment technique, product placement, brow mapping, shield selection, treatment timing, consultation and confidence.
Private mentoring is available at €150 for a three-hour private session.
Further AuraLuxe training options are also available for learners who want to expand their treatment menu.
A €100 deposit is required to secure a place.
The full course fee is €695. The remaining balance of €595 is due no later than seven days before the first practical training date.
Places are not reserved without payment and written booking confirmation.
The course requires a minimum of three confirmed learners to proceed and has a maximum capacity of four learners.
If AuraLuxe is unable to run the scheduled intake, learners will be offered an alternative training date or a refund of payments made.
Learner cancellations and transfer requests are subject to the AuraLuxe course-booking terms supplied during enrolment.
